The "Culprit"

Fr. J. Roel Lungay, also fondly known as Fro, is a diocesan priest from Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, who is now serving in the Archdiocese of New Orleans since 1986. He is presently the pastor of St. Genevieve Church in Slidell, Louisiana.
As a music enthusiast, Father Roel has been singing and writing songs for the last 30 years since he was a college student and even more later as a priest.
